About Copyrights
PBE-Accounts.com offers a service in which a Level 30 account for the Riot Games title “League of Legends” are provided to you. This account remains property of Riot Games at all times in accordance with their EULA. As such you are paying for the time and resources in levelling the account from level 1 through to level 30. These accounts have no tournament rankings, and are a means for players to obtain a new ‘clean’ account for play. PBE-Accounts.com levels its characters to level 30 in various game modes and ensures that each account possesses at least a 40% win rate. These accounts are owned by Riot Games, and nothing in these terms gives you any rights to Riot Games intellectual property. Nothing in these terms relieves you of your obligations under any contract you may have with Riot Games. Using our services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our services.
The buyer pays only for the amount of work and time that were needed to reach the score of this auction. The account therefore always remain the property of Riot Games LTD and can do anything they want with it (ban, disable, etc.) With the purchase of this offer the buyer indemnifys the seller from all claims by Riot Games LTD and the buyer gives his / her consent to this declaration. For future sanctions, we will not be liable, including for example, permanent and temporary account closures or the resetting of Riot Points or Influence Points.
About Warranty / Ban-Shield
This account is automatically leveled up playing against real people.
Our warranty – ban shield covers the account you purchased only for 14 days, starting the date you purchased. If an account purchased from us is banned by Riot Games, one new account will be provided. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
1. A copy of the ban notice and reason for the ban is forwarded to info@PBE-Accounts.com within 7 (seven) days of the ban.
2. he reason for the ban is either “Purchase of an account” or “Use of a 3rd party program to level to 30” or the substantial equivalent.
3. You changed the registered email address & password after purchasing the account and BEFORE playing any games.
4.The account has played at least one match AFTER purchase.
5.You have not already received a replacement account from us. That means you can have only 1 replacement account no matter what.
If any of these conditions are not met, the warranty will not apply. The warranty will never apply to bans that are due to your own behavior, which include, but are not limited to, bad behavior, hacking, or excessive cursing. There is a limit of one account replacement per account purchased. Riot Points spent on accounts that are subsequently banned will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if a new account is awarded. We only offer replacement for banned accounts – no refunds will be made. Accounts may not be active forever. You are paying ONLY for the time and effort PBE-Accounts.com used to level up the account to 30 level.
Refund Policy
We only offer replacement for banned accounts – no refunds will be made, unless we choose to. If you want to get a refund about a new account you purchased, you must NOT use anything on it (Played games, RP, IP, Champions, Skins, Refund Tokens, etc). After that, we will investigate the account, and we will decide if to give the refund (we can choose NOT to refund the order even there is no change to the account).

Indemnity
With an exception of the warranty, PBE-Accounts.com does not guarantee its accounts to be free of errors in any way (such us Low Priority Queue, etc). Any responsibility for errors or damage caused by the use of an account provided by PBE-Accounts.com is disclaimed by PBE-Accounts.com to the maximum extent allowable by law. If you purchase an account from us, you agree to the following indemnity clause. For legal reasons it must be in all capitals. This clause affects your rights and legal liability. Please ensure you have read and understand it. CUSTOMER WILL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD PBE-Accounts.com, ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, INJURIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR SUITS INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM THE ACTS, ERRORS, OR OMISSIONS OF THE CUSTOMER OR PBE-Accounts.com IN THE EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INTERFERENCE WITH ANY EXISTING CONTRACTS YOU MAY PRESENTLY HAVE OBLIGATIONS UNDER.
